Its tailgate has 60/40 split doors that swing open up to 88 degrees. If you want to fold it down, you can do that too. Plus, you can operate your tailgate with a remote control.

When the weather turns nasty, you’ll need to make sure whatever you’re bringing to the game is protected well. That’s an easy task with the RamBox®. This built-in cargo area includes weatherproof and drainable storage bins. They are also lockable and come with 115-volt and 400-volt power outlets.
Kick-Out Bed Step
Having to climb into the bed to get out all your stuff can be annoying. Fortunately, the 2019 RAM 1500 now has an available Bed Step that emerges from under the rear bumper. You will immediately have an easy way to access your items, as well as a better time with loading and unloading.
